Delivery
Unfortunately as I am only a small individual business I am unable to offer free postage, but I do keep this as low as possible, with P&P starting at £1.75.
Many orders are ready to despatch within 5 - 7 days, but occassionally it may take 14 - 18 days for items to be despatched. I will keep you updated.
If you do require items sooner than this, by a set date, please contact me prior to ordering to check that I can fulfill your requirements.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return any item within 14 days from despatch for a full refund (excluding P&P).
Please be aware that this excludes bespoke items, which will only be refunded if faulty.
If any item arrives damage please get in touch & an exchange or refund will be arranged.
Bespoke Service
I often create bespoke one off pieces.
If you see something you like, but would prefer it in a different colour, or changed in some way, please get in touch with me so we can discuss your requirements in more detail.
